These items are sent either digitally (via email) or physically depending on your selection and the service booked.
Digital Shipments: Documents such as e-tickets and itineraries are delivered via email or your customer portal, usually instantly or within 48 hours of booking.
Physical Shipments: Printed tickets, vouchers, or travel kits are sent to the address you provide during booking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Please allow adequate time before departure — we recommend booking at least 10 days prior to your travel dates. Shipping charges are not applied.
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
